Eight years after his abduction, a child is to be reunited with his mother.

The mother of Miguel Morin- who disappeared in 2004 when he was just eight-months-old, while under the supervised care of his godmother, Krystle Tanner- never lost hope that she would never see her son again, even after the case went cold in 2006.
Auboni Champion-Morin, mother to Miguel, told ABC News she prayed every night for her son’s safe return.
While in the captivity of Tanner, Miguel– who is now age eight– never attended school, and was referred to by his captors as “Dirty,” not Miguel.
Once DNA tests prove conclusively that Champion-Morin is in fact Miguel’s biological mother, he will be returned to her and the family will undergo therapy, where Champion-Morin hopes her son will learn to feel the same for her as she does him.
No other arrests have been made in the abduction.
